Another great week!!

Grade 2’s Aquarium Visit
Last week, our Grade 2 students visited the aquarium as part of their current Unit of Inquiry. It was a wonderful experience, allowing the children to explore and learn more about marine life and the important roles people play in caring for the environment.

Community Iftar
We are excited to invite everyone to our Community Iftar next Wednesday, starting at 5:00 PM. This is a special opportunity for us to come together as a school community, share a meal, and celebrate this meaningful occasion. The main course will be provided, and we kindly ask families to bring a dish to share. We look forward to seeing you all there!

Karakasho Celebration – 13th March
Next week, on Thursday 13th March, we will be celebrating Karankasho! in school Karankasho  is a traditional Omani celebration observed on the 15th night of Ramadan. It is a joyful event where children dress in their best clothes and go around their neighbourhoods, singing the Karankasho song and collecting sweets, nuts, and small treats from family, friends, and neighbours.

In Oman, Karankasho is more than just a fun tradition — it reflects the values of community, generosity, and gratitude. The celebration teaches children about the importance of sharing, strengthens social bonds, and helps preserve Omani heritage.

Islamic Exhibition
At the end of last week, we hosted an inspiring Islamic Exhibition, featuring a special corner with games, competitions, and stories. It was a fantastic experience for all the students, filled with fun and learning.
