تزامنا مع افتتاح معرض مسقط الدولي للكتاب شهدت المدرسة أسبوعًا حافلًا بالفعاليات الثقافية والتربوية، حيث نظمت مجموعة من اللقاءات والأنشطة التي تهدف إلى دعم التوجيه الأكاديمي، وتعزيز الوعي القرائي، وترسيخ الهوية الوطنية لدى الطلبة.
اللقاء التعريفي بنظام القبول الموحد
استضافت المدرسة لقاءً تعريفيًا لطلبة الصف الثاني عشر (الدولي، ثنائي اللغة) وأولياء أمورهم، بهدف شرح نظام القبول الموحد وبيان خطوات التسجيل وآليات التقديم في مؤسسات التعليم العالي داخل سلطنة عمان وخارجها. كما تم خلال اللقاء الرد على استفسارات الحضور من الطلبة وأولياء الأمور، وتقديم توضيحات حول التخصصات المتاحة وشروط القبول، ضمن جهود المدرسة لدعم طلابها في مرحلة ما بعد التعليم المدرسي.
فعالية “لحظة مصافحة مبدعي وطني
في جلسة تهدف إلى تعزيز التواصل مع شخصيات وطنية ذات حضور في الساحة الثقافية والإعلامية استضافت المدرسة الكاتبة الدكتورة/ آمنة الربيع ، والمخرج التلفزيوني الأستاذ/ سالم المعولي، في لقاء جمعهما بطلبة المدرسة من جميع المراحل، حيث ناقش الضيفان تجاربهما في مجالي الكتابة والإخراج.
فعالية “كتاب يتكلم” ومسرح الدمى المتحركة
في إطار فعاليات أسبوع الكتاب ، تم تنظيم عرضًا مسرحيًا بعنوان “كتاب يتكلم”، قُدّم باستخدام مسرح الدمى المتحركة، بهدف إيصال رسائل تعليمية وقيم ثقافية بأسلوب بسيط ومباشر.وعقب العرض، شارك الطلبة في ورشة تدريبية، تعلّموا خلالها خطوات تصميم الدمى المتحركة واستخدامها كأداة تعبيرية.
ختام أسبوع الكتاب: تقمص الشخصيات الروائية
اختُتم “أسبوع الكتاب” بفعالية شارك فيها طلبة المدرسة وعدد من معلميهم، حيث تقمّص المشاركون شخصيات روائية معروفة، وعرّفوا بها وتحدثوا عن خلفياتها الأدبية، ويهدف هذا النشاط إلى تعميق التفاعل مع النصوص الأدبية، وتنمية مهارات البحث والتقديم لدى الطلبة.

Introductory Session on the Unified Admission System
The school held an informative session for Grade 12 ( BIL\ DP) students and their parents to explain the Higher Education Admission Center, outlining the steps for registration and application to higher education institutions both in Oman and abroad. The session included responses to students’ and parents’ inquiries and provided clarifications on available majors and admission requirements, supporting students in their post-secondary planning.
“We Shape Our Identity Through the Literature and Creativity of Our People”
As part of the initiative titled “A Moment of Greeting My Nation’s Creators”, the school hosted author Dr. Amina Al-Rubaie and television director Mr. Salem Al-Maawali. The dialogue session with students from all grades included a discussion of the guests’ experiences in writing and directing, offering students insight into local cultural and creative contributions.
“The Talking Book” and Puppet Theater
As part of Book Week, the school organized a puppet theater performance titled “The Talking Book”, designed to convey educational messages and cultural values in a simple, engaging format. Following the play, students participated in a hands-on workshop to learn how to design puppets and use them as expressive tools.
Closing Book Week: Embodying Literary Characters
To conclude Book Week, students and some teachers took part in an event where they dressed as characters from various novels and introduced them to the audience. The activity aimed to deepen literary engagement and strengthen students’ research and presentation skills.
