We are excited to welcome Ms. Michelle as our new Head of Teaching and Learning and a valued member of our senior leadership team! With over 30 years of experience in education, Ms. Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our Ellesmere Muscat school community.

Originally from New Zealand, she holds a Diploma of Teaching, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership. Ms. Michelle is also a certified Concept-Based Trainer and the author of the Concept Based Inquiry Maths Project, a curriculum adopted by numerous international schools.

Her impressive career includes roles as an Information Literacy Specialist, Maths Coach, PYP Coordinator, and Primary School Principal. Michelle has taught students from Kindergarten through Grade 8 and has led workshops around the world. We are particularly excited to share that Ms. Michelle has previously worked in Oman at ABIS and ABA, enriching her international experience.

Ms. Michelle is passionate about collaborating with teachers, students, and families, always keeping student learning at the heart of her work. We are so happy to have Ms. Michelle join us and look forward to the positive impact she will make on our educational journey!
