We are thrilled to announce that Ellesmere Muscat is making a major leap forward in digital learning and communication by transitioning to Toddle, a world-class platform designed specifically for IB schools.
This change is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the learning experience for students, simplifying communication for parents, and streamlining classroom management for teachers.
Why Toddle?
At Ellesmere Muscat, we continuously seek ways to elevate the quality of teaching and learning. After an extensive evaluation, Toddle emerged as the best solution to replace multiple existing platforms, including:
✅ ClassDojo – Toddle will now be the main communication tool for parents.
✅ Google Classroom – All assignments and student work will be managed in Toddle.
✅ ManageBac – Attendance and reports will be handled in Toddle.
Toddle unifies all these tools into one easy-to-use platform, ensuring a seamless experience for students, parents, and teachers.
With Toddle Parent App, you will be able to:
📢 Receive school announcements and updates.
📖 View your child’s assignments and progress.
📅 Track attendance and important school events.
✉️ Directly communicate with teachers – no more scattered apps!
The Transition Plan: What to Expect
To ensure a smooth transition, we will follow a two-phase approach:
📅 Week 1: Transition Week (February 9–13, 2025)
🔹 Toddle goes live for teachers & students.
🔹 Parents will continue receiving critical updates via ClassDojo, but general communication may slow down as we transition.
🔹 Homeroom teachers will introduce students to Toddle in class.
🔹 Login details for parents will be shared by February 15, 2025 via email and ClassDojo.
Important: During Week 1, we ask for your patience as our team ensures everything is set up correctly. ClassDojo will remain active for key updates, but all learning-related activities will shift to Toddle.
🚀 Week 2: Full Transition to Toddle (February 16–20, 2025)
✅ Toddle Parent App becomes the primary communication platform (ClassDojo will no longer be used).
✅ Parents will receive full access to student progress, assignments, and reports in Toddle.
✅ Live Webinars in English & Arabic will guide you through Toddle’s features and help you get started smoothly.
📌 Webinar Dates & Details will be sent with your login credentials. These sessions will help you understand Toddle, ask questions, and ensure a smooth experience.
What You Need to Do
1️⃣ Be on the lookout for login details arriving on February 15, 2025.
2️⃣ Download the Toddle Parent App (available on iOS & Android).
3️⃣ Join the parent webinars to learn how to use Toddle effectively.
Arabic Session : Tuesday, February 18th, 2025, 5 pm
English Session : Wednesday, February 19th, 2025, 5 pm
